The system installed by Austmont consists of the following Alto Shaam products:

 

4ea 40 tray gas Combi Smokers

1ea 40 tray Blast chiller

11ea 40 tray companion warmers

 

This gives the Hotel a capacity of up to 1,000 using the Alto Shaam Banquet system. It covers sit down, full plate retherm, full live plate up of the blended system  - basically this System gives the Hotel the flexibility to do any type of menu they choose.
