Austmont came up with a brand new concept for a tired old restaurant and delivered a vibrant new operation for the Cutty Sark Bar & Restaurant in Brisbane.
Focusing on delivering a brand new layout with easy-to-clean, high output, 'Angelo Po' equipment in just 6 weeks from concept to completion.
The new layout provides a far more efficient working space that has enabled Cutty Sark to produce higher quality food and a more varied menu, substantially faster than was possible with the original configuration.
