Smo-King smoke ovens are used by retail butchers for processing ham, bacon and small goods, for hot and cold smoking by fish processors, by restaurants and specialty food processors for smoking and cooking meat, poultry, vegetables and pastry products.
We also distribute a carefully selected range of special purpose equipment for processing meat, poultry, pizzas, sandwiches, fish and vegetables. This equipment is manufactured by innovative suppliers in the USA and Europe.
